About The Cook's Dish
I want everyone to know how amazing and delicious food can be. I want them to enjoy their meals. To know what good food tastes like. And most of all, to be able to share the joy of finding your favorite foods with organic ingredients, in a kitchen, not a factory. I want them to be able to eat organically, eat food made with love (and probably flour and other ingredients) and maybe even try to make some of these recipes one day.
I love food. Because of my older sibling's allergies, my parents were very aware of the food we'd eat, the food we'd grow and the food we'd buy.
But, that didn't mean the food wasn't good. My dad is an amazing baker, and he makes all kinds of desserts, and meals and snacks. Whenever we'd host an event, and his food we'd be served, people would always be telling us how we should open a bakery. Everyone loved his food.
Two years ago, my dad taught me how to make many of his well-known desserts and many he had never made before over the summer. I had so much good food that summer.
This is a photo of me and my siblings selling lemonade and cheese puffs in our garden!
So, I started The Cook's Dish, to share good food with people everywhere! I don't think we should eat because we have to, or we should eat as quickly as possible, but that we should enjoy our food, and be able to share it with others. Our lunchboxes should always be filled with good food, and we should always have extra to share with our friends! I hope you will join me in spreading good food to those we love the most.
